My Birthday sucked. It was spent nursing a sharp pain in my shoulder and neck area... not a fun night but  you all made it fun in cyberspace.... I went to a pain management doctor who gave me a high dose of pain relief meds that had me  suffering from vertigo and brain fog for a few days.  Went to a Neurologist who told me my MIR looked better than my Primary had seen.. All I need is cervical therapy.... ALEC BALDWIN accidentally killed the Director of Photography and also shot the director of his new film RUST. It was a prop gun accident. BALWDIN was in tears at the Sheriff's office in New Mexico ..... It took quite a while for a press conference and there are lots of questions about who is responsible for this horrible accident. Of course that evil spawn of dolt 45 was selling T Shirts about it.. Anyway to make a dime. ANA NAVARRO called him despicable ...... Memories of the death of JON ERIK HEXUM years ago. He shot himself while goofing around with a prop gun.And of course the late BRANDON LEE... It is great to be in touch with ANDREA WASBEIN DELANEY it has been years....

A message from ALVIN GIBBS from THE U.K. SUBS It gives me no pleasure to announce that following his post seemingly celebrating the tragic and abhorrent death of Conservative MP, David Amess, by the hands of a terrorist, Charlie Harper, Steve Straughan and I have decided Jamie Oliver will no longer continue as drummer for the UK Subs. Jamie has already been informed of this and completely understands why it's necessary. Today we discussed Jamie’s rationalisation for his post as a tasteless joke at length and jointly concluded it’s simply not viable enough an excuse for us to continue to work with him. I put up a post yesterday offering what he told me was his motivation for the things he wrote, which I believe is a genuine if extremely misguided attempt at satire; but as some of you commented thereafter, it is simply not good enough. Jamie has been a stalwart of the UK Subs for many years now, a major figure in the band. He is one of the finest drummers in the world and his playing and musical input will be greatly missed. It’s sad that things have come to this but we must all take responsibility for our words as well as our actions. The UK Subs will fulfil all future gigs and touring commitments with a replacement drummer. I really like JAIME. He has always been kind with me and others I know... JAIME responded with this message

Just want to say a huge thanks to everyone for the incredible support over the last week or so, I’ve literally received hundreds upon hundreds of messages, calls, texts and emails and it’s touching. The situation with the Subs is regrettable but it’s a done deal and it’s not the end of the world. I wish them all the best and will remain a friend and fan of the band, but I have other things going on and will most definitely see you all out there soon. So cheers! Jamie ..... Claiming he had no money. In which she threatened to smash her spike heel into his evil eyes. Luckily LAURA scared them by yelling Black Beauties for sale.. Poor old worn out ROZZ, RICHARD and their common law wife slithered away... The next morning all over the news 2 girls did take the bait and only one managed to get out...... They were holed up at Fox Plaza in downtown San Francisco. Right after the attack they fled but the Police found who they were. Some scary shit...After seeing several documentaries about RAMIREZ we now know how lucky we were.....   SHAMAMA aka SIOBHAN LOWE is a grandma again. Her daughter SOFIA gave birth to a baby boy named ASA...... ALEX CHENEY covered one of his favorite kind of stories that he has covered for awhile. A wild brown bear wandered into a school yard in San Dimas and was climbing fences having a good time eating food from a bird feeder. Looking in people's windows. He was a BEAR WHO JUST WANTS TO HAVE FUN... Sadly Animal Control came and sedated her.. They took her by Helicopter to the Wilderness. ABC 7 has ALEX doing updates throughout the day.... I sent ALEX a video of Girls Just Wanna Have Fun and he started singing Bears Just Wanna Have Fun..

Spectrum Cable had an outage that affected my hourly bear updates, RACHEL MADDOW and the entire MSNBC Lineup... Which really blows. I missed STACY MAISENBACH'S interview with BILL GOULD. of FAITH NO MORE.. DEBBIE HARRY and I were going to call in asking where DANNY BLUESTONE and MAKITA were at.... BILL would have loved it... He has a wicked sense of humor..

Sadness in November: Musician JOHN ROSSALL left us.. MICHAEL DAMIAN'S (Danny)  from The Young And The Restless Mom  left us.. We used to talk alot when I was hanging out with Michael, a very sweet lady... ANDREA HAUGEN a model was stabbed to death... Singer EMANI died from injuries from an accident he was 22.... RON TUTT who was a drummer  for ELVIS died...BETTY LYNN, who was ANDY GRIFFITH'S Girlfriend on the show, left us at 95.... TOM GRAY who wrote 'Money Changes Everything'  passed at 70.... 

Voice Actress DENISE BRYER alao died ..... MORT SAHL left us... Swedish Rapper ELNAR was shot and killed when asking for no more violence...  PETER SCOLARI best known from Newhart and as Hildy on BOSOM BUDDIES lost his battle with cancer...  

FRIENDS actor JAMES MICHAEL TYLER also lost his battle with cancer...  JAY BLACK lead Singer of Jay And The American's died of pneumonia......

Blues Singer WILLIE COBBS said farewell....  HERBIE HERBERT who managed Journey said goodbye....Funk Player WILLIAM SHELBY passed away
