Los Angeles had a few big quakes one was a 6.4 and the other one was 7.1.... I was in the San Francisco earthquake that was 6.9 and it killed 89 people and caused so much destruction... I had no water, electricity or phone for over 12 days in the Nob Hill area of the city... It was so scary during the quake I was walking in an open stairwell and the bricks starting falling out. Ginger Coyote, Editor and Publisher of Punk Globe Magazine at On Broadway, San Francisco.........GINGER COYOTE, the founder and editor of the PUNK GLOBE , was an outstanding person and one of the first promoters in the punk rock movement. In the 1970s, punk rock was at its dawn. COYOTE took this movement seriously and supported musicians by publishing stories about them. As Greene recalled later, GINGER made an unforgettable impression on everyone who met her, she was the real star of the Western Front (this was an event in San Francisco and The Bay Area). Later, in 1989, Ginger became a punk musician herself and formeded the White Trash Debutantes.......... STANLEY shot photos of the war zone in The Middle East and won many awards for his photography....
