Galore
happened in SF in November... The JOHNNY GENOCIDE
benefit held at LENNON STUDIO'S was a
huge success raising a few thousand dollars to help JOHNNY
-thanks to the hard work of so many people... I know
THE DMR TWINZ, DENISE DEMISE, KAT, MICHELLE REBEL,
JENNIFER PATTERSON and so many more were
insturmental in making the event happen..... All the bands kicked
ass and it was great that ROZZ REZABEK was able
to play a set of NEGATIVE TREND songs to a crowd
larger than a the few people who had attended his shows prior to
the benefit... He was backed by one of my favorite bands
THE LEWD.... 
On
a sad note it was also the last time that most saw SPIKE
alive... On November 12 she had an altercation with a
Landlord in Humboldt and she lost her life...... PAUL
DAVIS who played in BONNIE HAYES and THE WILD
COMBO and THE YANKS went into a coma
after complications with his elbow caused by Carpal Tunnel and he
was pronounced dead on Sunday Morning Nov 10, 2007.......The
second day of the NESS AQUINO benefit at Club
443... On the day before I had flown in from LA and my plane was
late landing due to rain... Raining it was indeed and I was caught
in the middle of the rainstorm with no umbrella.. I met
LULA PERLA at PUERTO ALGERA to get a key
to her place and the electricity was off.... The gang at
PUERTO ALGERA were on the phone canceling reservations
and deciding if they should just close.. After all it was a
Saturday one of their busiest nights... DEBBIE, WILLIE
and LORENZO were in a pretty good mood
in spite of the ordeal......I went to LULA's
-changed and took off in the pouring rain to North Beach to
Club 443 for the NESS AQUINO Benefit-
where I saw TAMBRE , KATHY PECK, DAVID
DENNY, RANDY SEANOR, SWEET TOMMY, THE SHEETS , MASON DENNY, CARL
MACKI, TONUS, CRAIG POP ARTIST (Who designed the
backdrops and decor for the benefit) ALANA, MIKE DINGLE
(the BEST Stage Manager) , THE LIFER'S
and various other folks who braved the storm to attend the show..
Sunday was a nicer day and LULA and I took a cab
up to North Beach to the club.... The Benefit show was loads of
fun and filled with lots of great folks who came to support
NESS....I saw STANNOUS FLOURIDE, RUBY,
IKE, KATHY PECK, RANDY SEANOR, HUGH "JOHNNY GENOCIDE" PATTERSON and
his sweet wife JENNIFER, TROY AQUINO, LULA PERLA,
LOBSTER,
MIKE DINGLE, ROANNA RAPHAEL, PORTIA GLASSMAN, KENINE VOYLES, BECKY
WILSON, PAUL CASTEEL, LISA FETTE, POLKACIDE, EAST BAY RAY, STEVE
DIMARTIS, THE SYMPTOMS, CARL MACKI, MINUS ONE, ALANA, THE VKTMS (
JOHN, LOUIE and STEVE), J . SATS BERET, BARRY SIMMONS, JAN JAN,
JUDY CANTU, BOBBY CLIC, TAMBRE BRYANT,OLIVIA C, DENISE DEMISE, PAULI
GRAY, EMILY, CHRISTA (GIRL BAND), PIA, STEVE DEPACE, JOHN EPSTEIN,
STEVE BARTON, DAVE SCHEFF, LARRY DEKKER, MELISSA LAFKIS
and a special appearance was made by
MR.NESS AQUINO
himself.. It was great to see him... He
was weak and older but his mind was very sharp he remembered most
everyone and he was so happy to be remembered !!!!!! It met alot
to him and his family..I had not seen him since the early 90's....BARBARA
BORIS made a cash donation but could not attend because
she is living in New York..She sent her love to all... Sadly it
was the last show that TnT PRODUCTIONS would be
hosting at the Club 443- but it was the perfect show to end a run
with. I would like to thank all who made doantions and supported
both benefits.....On Monday I stopped by PUERTO ALGRE
and WILLY and DEBBIE informed
me the electricity went out yet again on the block on Sunday. So
they lost another day's business... PGE blamed the storm on
Saturday for Sunday's outtage.... JASON GLOVER
bruised his ankle really bad recently.That Must To Hurt!!!!! He
at first thought it was broken...... 
It was
way cool meeting Actor MICHAEL PITT recently..
Who is a real Hottie! I loved him in " THE DREAMERS"
and "THE LAST DAYS" ...He also doubles
as a Guitarist in the NYC band PAGODA...Speaking
of talented Actors who also rips as a Guitarist- JONATHAN
GRIES is feeling better after a bad bout with the
flu...And sadly JONATHAN RHYS MEYER was popped
for drunk and disorderly... THE LIVING WRECKS
are excited to be heading into the studio to record their full

and venues thru out the country to host shows asking for unity for
all Sexual Persuasions in High Schools.. A great idea and schools
are getting much more liberal with having a Transgender Girl win
Homecoming Queen in Fresno CA recently....
My
pal RANDY JONES who sang with the original VILLAGE
PEOPLE was recently in LA and he had a blast!!! A very
busy trip indeed... He played a show at THE AVALON
and did alot of photo sesssions .....
Check out the new CD "THE BLACK SPOT" by
DOA it rawks... FLUX STUDIO'S
on Charles Street in Baltimore had a huge Art Sale with nothing
priced over $100.......Wonder if JOHN WATERS made
any purchases??? THE NIGHT TIME DEALERS have
called it quits. They played their last show
recently in Lancaster PA.... MAGGIE KINSELLA
getting ready for her trip to the West Coast......Everyone who is
anyone wants to meet her daughter HOLLI!!!!!
When the NESS AQUINO benefit was happening in SF
on that Sunday....LA was a enjoying the party for BRENDON
MULLENS new book about THE MASQUE at
THE ECHO.....I would have loved to have seen
THE PLUGZ.....Glamor Girl Jet-setter JANE
WEEMS had her problems with lost luggage recently, but
was lucky enough to finally get them back....I have been reading
the poem that JIM CARROLL wrote for me ... It is
so fucking great! I am so blessed... .... MERI ST. MARY
had to postpone moving into GREG GARDNER'S
house because of her Father's health issues.....But she
is happy that she has been able to spend time with her son
MONTGOMERY CALDERWOOD and her brother MATT
RESOVICH..
MATT just
scored the musical score for a documentary about a colorful Presidential
Candidate for 2008- JONATHAN "THE IMPALER" SHARKEY
who hails from Minnesota...... "THE IMPALER"
is quite a character he makes JESSE VENTURA
look like PAT BOONE..Check him out on
U-Tube.....MERI had a great interview with
MATT on her Radio Show talking about the
documentary.. She also recently met former
Mabuhay Garden's Waitress, JOHN LEE HOOKER's
protege and Musician TERI ALEO at the Radio
Station... TERI had been living in NYC and was
walking across the street when she was hit & hurt badly by a
speeding Cab. Her family brought her back to CA in the late
90's.Glad she is back in action.........MIA from
Orange County is busy doing lots of art for a huge show in early
2008.......It has been great being in touch with AUTUMN
who had dated BRITLEY BLACK and
PAUL ZAHL back in the day...along with being the only
female to be in THE FLAMIN' GROOVIES. She
lives now in Boston MA..... PUNK GLOBE wishes
BRUCE LOOSE a speedy recovery from his recent
back surgery.......MICHAEL BUTLER very busy with
out of state shows with both JET BOY (who have a
new CD/DVD in stores called "THE GLAM YEARS MOVIE AND CD" ) and
AMERICAN HEARTBREAK.. NICK MARDEN holding down
the music fort in NYC... While KITTY KOWALSKI is
ripping NYC apart with a fury.....AMY WINHOUSE "I
Told You I'd Be Trouble" is upset about her husbands recent arrest
in London for burgalry and the reception from some of the crowd at
her opening show of her tour... I personally love AMY
and find her far more interesting that AVRIL
LEVINE or JESSICA SIMPSON....ZOTHY NINE
busy in Austria with his Podshow...... Lets hope SISTER
DEE DEE made it back to LA after almost "scoring" a new
leather jacket in SF...... Be sure to read the review for
THE FIGHT UNITED from Vancouver in January's PUNK
GLOBE..... They have a fun tune called "WENDY 13" that
rocks.......WENDY THIRTEEN operates THE
COBALT in Vancouver.....I will send our roving Vancouver
Reviewer PAT CROWE to check them out... LYNNEELEKTRA
made a fast trip to visit Portland, Maine where she was
hoping to run into BEBE BUELL. She
now wants to be bi coastal because she realizes how much she loves
Portland and San Francisco.......MORGANA WALSH
will be signing her book "HOLLYWOOD MEMORIES" on
December 8 at C.I.A. in North Hollywood on December 8th so be
there !!! TURBO NEGRO on tour of Europe with
NICK OLIVERI'S band MONDO
GENERATOR.....JAYNE COUNTY had a great trip to Hollywood
where she hung out with all sorts of people and was busy recording
a few tracks with JASTEN KING... JAYNE and I met
this cute Guitar Player from Greece when we dined at a Chinese
Restaurant that Film Director recently threw a party at... After
dining we walked down to TINY'S where
STEVE treated us to a round of drinks and JAYNE
met some fan's from Liverpool...... JAYNE
has been very upset about a guy who will not return her
painting of CANDY DARLING that she had allowed
him to use for a WARHOL exhibit that was
postponed for a year...She sold the painting to another gentleman
and she wants it back NOW!!!!!!!! Check out her new RANT
