It's time to bring rock n roll back to New York City. After seeing the success of rock n roll festivals like RKR MTN Ripper in Denver, CO, The Down South Shakedown in Atlanta, GA, and the Windy City Sensation in Chicago, IL, Fear City Fun Fest was born and is gearing up for its inaugural run this fall. Fear City Fun Fest is three days of the finest punk, rock n roll, glam, and garage rock bands in the country, coming together for three days of chaos and debauchery. The line up runs the gamut of well-established rockers as well as up and coming newer acts from the east and west coasts, kicking off Friday November 11th, continuing through Saturday November 12th, and coming to a climatic end on Sunday November 13th at TV Eye in Ridgewood, Queens, New York. Friday night's gig is anchored by garage legends Schizophonics and Jersey City, NJ’s own Wyldlife. Saturday peaks with headlining performances from rock n roll journeymen RMBLR and Los Angeles' The Flytraps, while the street punk chaos of The Wheelz and Jersey Shore rockers OC Rippers close out the festival on Sunday. The festival is rounded out by Ravagers, Dinos Boys, Mala Vista, Killer Kin, Mel Machete, Comino, Killer Hearts, Paint Fumes, Mystery Girl, Loretta, The Trash Bags, Bad Vacation, Loosey, The Out-Sect, Bad Mother, Criminal Kids, Brad Marino, Rocky MTN Roller, and Cold Dice, spread throughout the three day weekend. Tickets are $20 for each individual day, and there are a limited number of 3 Day Weekend Passes for $50 if you want to be in it for the long haul.
