When I first saw the CD I thought the band's name was
YOU. MAY. DIE. IN. THE. YUKON and thought it was worth a listen..
Having just been in Canada I was open to the Yukon!

Band at Tower Records store in Japan

The band hails from Seattle and consists of Brandon Salter, Brian Woods and Michael Clark.
They all three are very good at what they do and that is play quirky distorted  instrumental jazz music..
At first I thought it was going to be a bit repetitious but was pleasantly
surprised to find it very eclectic as far as jazz goes..

I really enjoyed "Interlude"  and got a chuckle  in the irony with  "Could I Get More Steel In My Monitors"
this did not make me wanna mosh... They toured Japan in 2007 and have their CD in the bins at Tower records there...
But I did enjoy it....
