* GREEN DAY recently let slip that the band are already working on songs for the follow up to 2009's 21st Century Breakdown. - "We did some demos in Berlin, some in Stockholm, some just outside of Glasgow and some in Amsterdam," he told Kerrang "We wanted to get down in some early form.".. when asked about the status of the new album — which, as they put it, is shaping up to be a "back-to-basics" sort of affair..."It's just been songwriting right now. OIL SPILL DEVASTATION...

* I will finish this months news off with the MY VIEW on the Dreadful 'Atlantis oil spill'. And what little news i find re to it today.. Six months ago, oil began gushing into the Gulf of Mexico after the BP Deepwater Horizon rig exploded, sending 206 million of gallons of oil into the Gulf..

we were first told... 'On April 21st an oil rig off the coast of Louisiana exploded, killing 11 workers and resulting in a massive oil leak that is threatening the eco-system and marine life throughout the Gulf Coast.... But Now what?

It is now October going into November and we rarely hear a word re to this now... In my eyes - This is STILL a 'World Devastation' Which is killing so much wildlife & more - it is devastating.. and cannot be forgotten.

The news channels are not showing the public no where near enough coverage on this anymore.. we need to be shown everything... Why is this now ignored & being hidden from us??

Are people to ignorant to care now? or are we just shut out from it all that we will forget and no longer care??

It is bad enough that the u.s gov are already letting them carry on pumping oil on the same rig... when there's still oil to clean up, and importantly to get The wildlife back on track for their habitats..

What about all the Dead Dolphins washing up on the beaches. all the Dead Birds, all the Dead Fish & other Marine Life, - Destroyed habitats .. Let alone peoples Livelyhoods, Fishermen, and other businesses further afield destroyed from the devastation and mess it is causing & has caused...
