Hailing from Hemel Hempstead near London, United Kingdom, classing
themselves as "The Daves!" The UK's premier punk tribute band

Their "About" of The Daves is there are two sides to The Daves.
Their Myspace page is a tribute page, There is also a site dedicated to their own material.

The odd one or two of those songs might get thrown into a tribute set
but they are two separate sides of The Daves.

They considered focusing on one band as a tribute act but decided
against it as there are just too many bands and songs we like.

Their main aim is to have a good time, all of the time. will never be a stand in the corner of the pub
and go through the motions, & to give it our all and deliver our sets with energy and style.

We've currently got around 30 songs in the set ranging from The Buzzcocks through The Pistols and the Ramones. They say they also have a few "Daved up" re- works of classics such as "Hotel California" and even
"Making Your Mind Up!"

Which i found Pure Punk their own sounds waved similarity to the amptons but obviously
with many differential differences..! The covers i heard on MySpace was exceptionally brilliant.
Sounds of a great Punk band I'm sure would explode in the gig when they play!
