Sledgeback's third release, 'Bite the Bullet' is energetic, fun, and maintains it's musical consistency from the first track to the last. Fans of Social Distortion, The Adolescents, Rancid, etc. will want to check this album out. I at first confused myself with the Rancid comparison then realized I had drawn parallel between Tim Armstrong's drunk punk accent and Sledgeback vocalist Gabi Hun's Hungarian accent. On that tip, Sledgeback has a pretty cool back story. Here's part of it: The band formed in the mid 2000s shortly after Hun moved to Seattle knowing no English. From that time to now Sledgeback has released three full length recordings and developed a loyal fan base both in the U.S. and abroad.
