As what The Oscars did with HEATH LEDGER, we at PUNK GLOBE feel the need to pay tribute to PATTY because of what a special person and friend she was..PATTY who from the ages of 77 until she was 83 performed with the WHITE TRASH DEBUTANTES was one of the oldest punk rock performers in the World. But that was just one of her many attributes in her long life. She also worked om the hydrogen bomb in Augusta, GA in the 1940's. It was there she was nicknamed "Snowbird" because of the summer heat..She was a society columnist in Florida, and worked at the Town House Casino in Buffalo New York.. All of this --- along with being a mother and grandmother..PATTY advocated smoking marijuana and her love of punk rock music on "The JERRY SPRINGER Show".. She was a staunch member of the Democratic Party, and was happy to see President Obama in office.. So - PATTY we here at PUNK GLOBE salute your spirit of being a liberal and a icon to all......
