I guess the
title of the CD kinda reveals what sound we can expect
from The Once Over Twice. When I first layed my hands on
the record named "Special Moments to Detonate Themselves"
I figured its gotta be some kind of hardcore edgy post
punk with lots of screamo vocals. I was right. The sound
is very british and reminds of bands like Bloc Party and
Hell is For Heroes. This title was released by In At the
Deep End about a year ago. According to their homepage
they are trying to rebuild their finances after having
bought crappy transit van. Make sure you pick this CD up.
