MAD TEMPLE
Mad Temple

Rock N Roll Done Right L.A.s very own Mad Temple delivers a refreshing idea of what loud guitars and ripping vocals can really do. The current incarnation of the band was founded in July of 2011 and the band has quickly gained a following around California and the sounding states. There tours have included stops at South by South West, Texas Rock Festival and the Sunset Music Festival. The group includes lead singer Kiliyan Seth Maguire, Guitarist Stone Hand Andrew, Rhythm guitarist Bryant Joel, Drummer RJ and Bassist Jeff Subauste.

The bands self titled 6 track E.P. is nothing short of what the band describes there sound as, High Octane Rock N Roll. The opening track “Animal” delivers a straight to the point one two punch that in my opinion really gets the energy flowing and sets the tone for the rest of the record. As your burning through the track listing you'll find a song by the name of Black Lullaby.Take your finger off that skip button and don’t let the acoustic guitar in the intro fool you. It Gets Louder! This is an ear pleasing dark anthem full of catchy vocal melody and beautiful guitar work. Once the song kicks in you’ll be happy you stuck around. Although i enjoyed the whole E.P. there was one other song that really demanded my attention. Its called changes, the song is a 3 minute and 11 second war cry that bleeds attitude and aggression. I'd Check it out.

For those of you that are already fans of the band and are dying to digest the next batch of songs from Mad Temple have no worries. I spoke to lead singer Kiliyan Seth Maguire in mid January and he said the boys are hard at work putting together the next album. He gave me no exact date but he did say to expect some new music some time in 2014. So there you have it, Your Dose of High Octane Rock N Roll.
