night. But don't let this fact scare you away. This young
band from California recently signed by Fat Mike however
delivers 11 quality tracks that sounds pretty much like
AFI meets NOFX. At some moments one can hear influences
from Duran Duran and Billy Idol which undoubtedly makes
them stand out from many other eyeliner sportin skate punk
bands today. And thank God no boring lyrics about monsters
from hell, gore, blood or death, just a darker tone of
horror that brings Hitchcock closer to mind than Nightmare
on Elm Street. Standout tracks are "Bombs Over Brooklyn"
and the darker Billy Idol flirt "Black Rain".
"Nightmerica" is yet another promising debut on Fat Wreck
so be sure to check it if you are into skate punk with
