When I first listened to Darlin Maudie I thought they were a four piece band from Wichita Kansas. But after looking closely at the inside sleeve of their latest CD "the shallow deep" - it appears to only list Mike and Nick Evancho names. They have an interesting sound influenced by Grunch / Emo. Dark, Merky and Aggressive music. If you are a fan of The Melvin's you should enjoy Darlin Maudie. Tracks include Pumpkin Run, First Thing Last, Bridges, Right Here/Right Now, Free, Straight Line, Goodbye, No Time To Loose and P.H.A.T. Fat. I wonder if Nick and Mike are Bea "Maude" Arthur fans?
