The rock/experimental/alternative band the Age were born about a year ago in the UK. Their forthcoming EP, "Useless Souvenirs" will be released this summer. The Age started out as a side project but after receiving great feedback and support after posting a couple of tracks on MySpace, the band decided to record more tracks and produce an EP. The Age is also receiving airplay in the UK!

This is the Age for excitement! The Age's music is contagious rock, laced with indie-style music and injected with experimentation. Screaming infectious guitar riffs, solid drumbeats, lyrics catchy and introspective delivered in a hard edge indie style which enhances the intensity of their music. In the 90's I was into indie rock music but over the last 5 - 10 years there have been very few indie rock bands that have managed to grab and HOLD my attention that haven't originated from the 90's.

The Age doesn't just grab and hold my attention but they also have me excited! The tracks that really stood out for me are "Battery," "Stars Resemble Nothing," 'Your Last Day," and "Useless Souvenirs."
"Silent chaos surrounding" -- "Stars Resemble Nothing.

Check out the Age today! Make sure you listen to "Battery" and "Stars Resemble Nothing!"
