"Punk
Side of the Moon"
CD/LP Review by Carl Macki
This five-piece hardcore
band from Silesia Province in Poland started in 2003
but their punk roots date back to the late 80s.
Lead singer Fakir started one of the first independent labels in
Poland.
The other members are also heavily involved in all aspects of the punk
scene in their native country.
Their songs are
loud fast short and sometimes funny. They definitely made an impression
with "Kings of Punk," their first release.
"Punk Side of the
Moon" is their second album --thirteen songs in seventeen minutes--and
is on Pasazer Records, a Polish hardcore label.
They are also looking to tour, and say they need help in finding venues
and places to stay.
